Reis published a great (brief) report on American’s indebtedness by Northern Trust Director, Paul Kasriel. Most worrisome is that the second dip of this recession (you’ll read about it next year) is the first time in our postwar era that Americans’ net worth has decreased.

My only complaint about the report is that it didn’t address revolving debt.
